The rooms are nice and clean especially for the price. The service people are very caring and nice. Also the location is good. You have the main city of Bristol but also 30 minutes away from Johnson City and Kingsport. The noise in the area is not bad at all even though you're off the highway. It's a nice place to stay for sure.
We drove from Fl in a camper the campground was closed so we needed a cheap room. I was leary of what we might get. I was pleasantly surprised, the owners were so kind, our room was spotless, and they keep the hotel in pristine shape. This is a great hotel for the money.

We spent time at casino and looked around to stay, found Budget Inn Express, nearest the best in price. Room was super clean, nice location and restaurants at walking distance. Very helping staff in office. We will definitely stay here when we visit Casino.
The room is okay not as bad as some people stated the only problem we had is when we checked the bed the bottom sheet had cigarette burns all over it. Went to the office to get another sheet and I told them I could make the bed. But the man said that his wife had to change it this way the person that did the house keeping may get fired.

Clean rooms and caring staff. I stayed here a month for a contract. One of the best budget facility I’ve stayed at. As a female solo traveler, we have to worry about our surroundings. It was obvious they made sure I was safe.
The rooms need to be updated but it's worth the money to get a couple hours sleep and a shower. It was clean and the desk lady was friendly. They did hold a 20 dollar deposit on my card but it was put right back on within a day of checking out. I would visit again for 60 dollars
